All of our products have been cared for by our hair experts to make  sure it`s quality is Bomb before being sent to you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team immediately at BombDotComHair@gmail.com.
We only offer exchanges on our hair extensions. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Products that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each product while it is still tied to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Please note that issues concerning length, color variation, or simply deciding to not use the product are not valid reasons for an exchange. Item must indeed be defective. Always double check and confirm your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to a wrong address due to a customer error. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Downloadable products
  • Hair Care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. To return your product, a member of our customer service team will reach out to you as to where to ship your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we safely receive your order.You should consider using a trackable shipping service.
Lost or Stolen Packages
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 

  • All Packages come with a Tracking number. The Postal Service updates their system every time they put their hands on your package. 

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM or via the Post Service company that is providing your tracking number.
